Junior Electronics/Electrotechnical Engineer (Part-time, Lisboa)

Job scope:
• Develop new functionalities for existing and new projects/products;
• Maintain existing products/services;
• Develop technical specifications based on functional requirements analysis and business case development.

Technical/Non-Technical skills: 
• HW development (Arduino, raspberry PI, PCB layout design);
• Embedded Systems Programming (C, C++, Arduino);
• Ability to integrate web services (RESTful, SQL, Python, JSON);
• Experience with micro-services architectures;

Key Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Electrotechnical Engineering (preferred), or equivalent;
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Nice to have:
• Familiar with build and source control systems such as Git and GitHub;
• Database management and data architecture;
• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Electrotechnical Engineering (preferred), or equivalent;

Junior Innovation Project Manager (Full-time, Carnaxide)

Job scope:
• Lead idea screening, concept testing/optimization, and pipeline development efforts;
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of innovation initiatives that support the organization’s strategic direction;
• Lead ideas through the initiation, elaboration and valuation processes, including coordination of financial value analysis and business case development;
• Conduct key competitor and industry analysis to bring forth industry trends and insights;
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization providing support for innovation-related strategies.

Technical/Non-Technical skills: 
• Knowledge of creativity/innovation tools, such as design thinking, co-creation, value proposition, etc;
• Experience in renewable energy & energy efficiency topics;
• Proactive and structured approach to addressing or resolving problems, taking initiative to see issues through to resolution;
• Good attention to details and quality of deliverables required;
• Motivation and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;

Key Requirements:
• Degree in Management, Electrotechnics, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering, or equivalent;
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient written & oral communication in English, with the ability to tailor presentation of complex information to a range of different audiences;
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
