Online costumer area

Watt-IS is proud to have partnered with CEVE – Cooperativa Eléctrica do Vale d’Este – in the development of a brand-new online customer area, designed to simplify energy management and enhance transparency for its consumers.
CEVE is one of Watt-IS’s longest-standing clients, with a relationship grounded in shared values of innovation and service. Founded in 1930, CEVE is a Portuguese energy cooperative that acts as the regional Distribution Systems Operator (DSO) and serves 14 rural parishes in the Vale d’Este region in the North of Portugal, that accounts with around 10k smart meters deployed. With deep roots in the community, CEVE played a pivotal role in the electrification of rural areas and continues to promote sustainable and responsible energy use today.
This new digital platform reflects CEVE’s commitment to modernization and customer empowerment. Designed and implemented by Watt-IS, it enables users to access their energy information intuitively, from any device — smartphone, tablet, or computer — providing full visibility and control over their consumption.
Key features of the customer area include:
🞄 Viewing real-time energy consumption and energy exported to the grid;
🞄 Comparing consumption across similar time periods;
🞄 Downloading detailed energy data in XLS or CSV formats;
🞄 Accessing the platform through a clean, responsive, and user-friendly interface.
This solution is part of CEVE’s broader strategy to strengthen user engagement and support energy literacy — and it highlights Watt-IS’s ability to create tailored digital platforms for regional utilities, always with the end user in mind.
The CEVE platform stands as an example of how tradition and innovation can work hand in hand to deliver tangible benefits to local communities.
